Role Opportunity
As Area Manager, you will lead the construction and installation of high-voltage transmission lines (330 kV and 500 kV), managing site teams to ensure project delivery within safety, budget, and quality standards. You will collaborate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to keep the project on track and meet critical deadlines.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• 10+ years of experience in high-voltage transmission (330 kV and above)
• Australian grid networks experience (e.g., EnergyConnect, TransGrid, Powerlink)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Structural)
• Proven expertise in tower erection, foundation works, and conductor stringing
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead tower erection, foundation work, and conductor stringing activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Manage site scheduling, reporting, and resource planning
• Supervise subcontractors and engineering teams
• Drive project delivery milestones while managing budgets
