Looking for an Associate Civil Engineer for a well-known engineering consultancy, where you will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering engineering projects across Australia.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of engineers across civils projects
- Pursue new opportunities for the civils divisions through active business development.
- Manage and resolve project issues and consider construction costings and practices in the design process,
Key Criteria
To be considered for the role of Associate Civil Engineer you will need to demonstrate the following experience and skills:
- Formal Civil Engineering qualifications that are recognised by Engineers Australia.
- 15+ years + experience as a Civil Engineer with a strong background executing roads/resources/energy projects within Australia
- Previous background working on major highways projects in Australia.
- Chartered member (CPeng) of Institute of Engineers Australiia
- Excellent Business Development skills
- Ability to liaise with project managers and architects effectively
- Ability to review designs, good problem solving skills and good understanding of commercial risk with contract management experience.
