Associate Director - Structural Design Engineering
• Location: Brisbane City, QLD
• Roster: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
• Key Benefit: $200K-$220K salary + Leadership progression
• Key Essential Qualification: Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
Role Opportunity
Step into a senior leadership role delivering Tier 1 Design & Construct (D&C) building projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. You will lead a dedicated structural engineering team, manage delivery expectations, engage with external stakeholders, and drive a culture of technical excellence.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
• 10+ years in structural design (buildings)
• Experience with D&C and Tier 1 builder clients
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Chartered or working toward CPEng
Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multi-discipline design teams
• Organise workloads and monitor deliverables
• Oversee technical design solutions and reviews
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Drive innovation and quality in delivery
