Role Opportunity
Lead underground backfill operations in Western Australia, driving safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of backfill to mined-out stopes, reporting to the Underground Manager.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• WA Underground Supervisor's Certificate
• 10+ years' mining experience, including underground & backfill systems
• Proven leadership with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in mine planning software and data analysis tools
Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage underground backfill teams
• Plan, schedule, and monitor backfill operations to meet production targets
• Maintain and improve backfill infrastructure, reticulation, and plant operations
• Coordinate with mining, processing, maintenance, and safety teams
