Role Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Budget / Strategic Planner to support asset maintenance strategy implementation, lifecycle planning, and site maintenance budgeting. This role will work closely with asset management and maintenance teams to ensure asset strategies, master data, and budgets are aligned with operational objectives. The position also supports reporting, cost analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives using systems such as SAP, Power BI, and SQL.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Experience developing and managing maintenance or operational budgets
- Strong understanding of asset management strategies and lifecycle planning
- Advanced SAP or ERP system experience (asset management modules desirable)
- Experience with Power BI reporting and SQL data management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost and asset performance data
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate annual site maintenance budgets aligned with asset strategies
- Maintain and improve asset maintenance strategies, master data, and shutdown scope
- Analyse maintenance cost performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Power BI and SQL
- Support SAP, AMT, and EMI3 systems and ensure data integrity across asset management platforms
