Change & Training Specialist - Global Standards Implementation
This opportunity offers the chance to join a leading global resources organisation supporting the rollout of a new enterprise-wide operational standard across international mining operations. Working within a global team, you will play a key role designing engaging training materials and driving the change management process to support successful adoption across multiple regions.
In this fully remote role, you will collaborate closely with technical subject matter experts and operational stakeholders to translate complex technical content into clear, practical learning solutions. This position suits an experienced change or training professional who enjoys stakeholder engagement, structured program delivery, and working across diverse global teams in a flexible and autonomous environment.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Demonstrated experience in change management or training program delivery
• Strong capability developing training materials and learning content
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, presentation design, or similar tools (e.g. Canva)
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement across multiple teams
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Highly organised with strong planning and coordination capability
• Ability to translate technical information into practical training content
• Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones
Desirable Skills
• Experience within mining, resources, or heavy industry environments
• Exposure to global program or standards implementation projects
• Understanding of operational or process plant environments
• Experience supporting organisational change initiatives
• Spanish language skills highly regarded
Duties & Responsibilities
• Learn and understand new enterprise standards and associated processes
• Design and develop engaging training packages and learning materials
• Build presentations, guides, and recorded training content
• Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure content accuracy
• Plan and coordinate rollout activities across global sites
• Establish structured processes and systems to support deployment
• Engage stakeholders to drive understanding and adoption
• Facilitate communication between technical and operational teams
• Support continuous improvement throughout implementation
• Act as a change champion promoting engagement and buy-in across regions
• Track progress and provide updates to program stakeholders
