Location: Brisbane CBD, QLD
Roster: Monday - Friday 3:2 hybrid split (in-office 3 days/week)

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years' civil design experience
- MicroStation and OpenRoads expertise
- Earthworks, roads, drainage design exposure
- Australian working rights essential
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create 3D models and civil documentation
- Perform QA/QC on civil design outputs
- Develop estimates and work plans
- Coordinate with other disciplines and teams
- Mentor and train junior designers
