Civil Project Manager - Major Roads & Highways
• Location: Brisbane, Queensland
• Roster: Monday to Friday (office-based with regular site coordination)

Role Opportunity
Join a respected engineering consultancy leading the delivery of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects across Queensland. As a Civil Project Manager, you'll oversee planning, design coordination, and construction delivery across complex major road and highway infrastructure projects. You will work closely with internal design teams, contractors, and TMR representatives to ensure quality and performance standards are achieved.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Proven project leadership experience on TMR projects
• Strong knowledge of QLD road design and construction standards
• Skilled in cost control, scheduling, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage delivery of civil infrastructure projects
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and design partners
• Ensure compliance with TMR specifications and governance
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and reporting requirements
• Drive safety, quality, and technical excellence
