Are you an experienced Construction Manager looking to make an impact on a major project? We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join the Owner's team for a major lithium project. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile initiative, overseeing critical site-based projects and leading a team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Senior Project Manager and collaborate closely with the EPCM Construction Manager.
- Oversee and manage multiple site-based projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and collaboration.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the Owner's team and EPCM stakeholders.
Key Criteria
- Proven experience in a similar role with prior Owner and EPCM experience.
- Strong background in mining, with expertise in multilevel process plants.
- Extensive knowledge of Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls (SMPEI&C).
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and smooth project execution.
