About the Role
Overall accountability for driving Continuous Improvement on site and implementation of productivity tools to facilitate improvements across the client's oil and gas project portfolio. The role is offered on a residential Karratha basis, working 5/2 roster (Monday to Friday).

Key Criteria
Successful applicants will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Tertiary or trade, practical and leadership experience in an oil and gas operational management capacity;
• Experience working with white and blue collar personnel in an operations environment and understanding opportunities and priorities for improvement;
• Lean 6 Sigma certification preferred
