Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
• Previous CA / QS experience within the Civil sector.
• Proficient in CostX and MS Project software
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare, review and administer contract documentation
• Manage project variations and contract claim
• Conduct project cost planning and reporting
• Assist in preparing progress claims and reports
• Liaise with engineering, construction and client teams
