Drawing Checker Mining Pipeline Projects
• Location: Yatala, QLD (Office-based with WFH flexibility)
• Roster: MondayFriday, 40 hours baseline
• Key Benefit: Immediate start, flexible hours
• Key Essential Qualification: Engineering or drafting background
Role Opportunity
This role supports a fast-tracked Mine Pipeline engineering project generating a high volume of drawings while procurement runs in parallel. You will methodically check drawings and documents for accuracy, constructability, compliance, and consistency. The role suits an experienced designer, drafter, or engineer with a strong eye for detail and structured checking approach. Initial contract is 6 months with immediate commencement.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Engineering or drafting background
• Working knowledge of Inventor, AutoCad, Advanced Steel
• Strong drawing review experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Methodical documentation approach
• Knowledge of Mining Pipeline design standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Check engineering drawings accuracy
• Review documents for compliance
• Identify design inconsistencies
• Support procurement during design
• Liaise with engineers and designers
