E&I Site Coordinator
Role Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced E&I Site Coordinator to join the project delivery team on a major Rio Tinto project. Reporting directly to the E&I Superintendent, this role will be responsible for coordinating electrical and instrumentation site activities, supporting construction delivery, and ensuring all works are executed safely and in accordance with project standards and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day E&I construction activities on site
Support the E&I Superintendent in executing project delivery plans
Ensure works comply with project specifications, QA/QC requirements, and technical standards
Manage and interface with multiple contractors and stakeholders
Monitor progress, identify risks, and support resolution of site issues
Oversee E&I installation activities including HV/LV systems, switchgear, MCCs, and instrumentation

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Solid background working on large-scale projects
- Preferred experience from EPCM or contractor environments; owners team considered second preference
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, E&I systems, and technical standards
- Experience with permit-to-work systems, QA/QC compliance, and contractor management
- Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple contractor activities on site
- Experience with HV/LV systems, switchgear, MCCs, and instrumentation equipment
