Our client is a is an established engineering consultancy providing expertise across Electrical, Civil and Structural engineering for mining, heavy industry and freight projects.

About the Role

We are currently looking an Electrical Technician to join our clients Brisbane operation based south-east of Brisbane CBD.

The Electrical Technician will report to the Electrical Manager with the primary focus of the role to build, test, install, commission and maintain specialist weighing equipment and devices. You will also been responsible for the maintenance of existing weighing and loading control systems throughout Australia.

Key Criteria
 

• QLD Electrical Workers Licence
• A minimum of 5 years' experience ideally in the mining or resources
• Willingness to travel up to 12 weeks per annum and commit to site visits
• Detailed knowledge of PLC's and Programming skills
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
