The Role

The ESO role will advise and support line management on Emergency Services and site issues and work as part of a team to deliver high standards of Safe work practices.

·Provide an emergency response service by participating in training & real-life accident/emergency situations
·Work as part of a team to build individual and workforce capability through delivery of appropriate emergency response training;
·Attending to emergency and first aid calls and apply the appropriate medical treatment and care in accordance with approved clinical practice guidelines;
·Promote health and safety awareness to site personnel
·Maintain emergency response plant and equipment to a high standard;


Key Criteria

As a professional Emergency Services Officer you will have previous experience in mining and you will have the following criteria:

·Certificate III Mines Rescue & Emergency;
·Certificate IV in Healthcare;
·Combined Space Entry/Gas test;
·HLPAT005 - Accredited Drug and Alcohol Screening;
·HR License
