Role Opportunity
An immediate opportunity exists for two Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join a site-based engineering team supporting operational maintenance and small-scale OPEX projects.

This role is suited to practical, hands-on engineers who thrive in a fast-paced maintenance environment. You will provide frontline engineering support, develop scopes of work, and work closely with site crews to deliver safe and effective outcomes.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Degree qualified Mechanical Engineer or relevant trade qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in maintenance environments
• Strong practical, site-based engineering capability
• Experience managing small-scale OPEX / brownfield projects
• Ability to develop scopes of work and provide clear technical direction onsite

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical engineering support across operational maintenance activities
• Develop scopes of work and manage small-scale projects (up to $1M)
• Support asset integrity and structural reliability initiatives
• Deliver practical, real-time engineering advice to site teams
• Liaise with operations, maintenance crews, and external consultants as required
