In this role, you'll coordinate inspections, testing, and material movements to support project delivery, while maintaining inspection schedules and ensuring accurate documentation.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Solid understanding of materials management systems and hands-on experience with purchasing and expediting data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Previous experience in an EPCM/EPC environment on major projects is highly regarded.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspections and witness testing to support project timelines.
• Oversee the approval process for Inspection Reports, Release Certificates, and Material Movement approvals to ensure safe and timely transport.
• Support desk and field expediting activities, including progress reporting to project engineers and EPCM teams.
• Manage and maintain inspection schedules to ensure project alignment.
• Maintain accurate storage and distribution of project documents, records, and correspondence.
