Principal / Lead Civil Engineer - Mining & Resources
• Location: Brisbane, QLD
• Roster: Monday to Friday - Office-based with site travel
• Key Benefit: Senior Leadership Role
• Key Essential Qualification: CPEng & RPEQ - Mining & Resources experience.
Role Opportunity:
Lead the Civil discipline across studies, detailed design and execution support for major mining and resources projects. Mentor an established team of engineers and designers while partnering with project managers, discipline leads, clients and contractors. Deliver practical, compliant and commercially sound outcomes across NPI and processing facilities.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
• Civil Engineering degree required
• CPEng and RPEQ accreditation essential
• Mining and resources leadership experience
• NPI and processing project background
• Strong stakeholder and commercial capability
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead civil studies and design delivery
• Mentor engineers designers and workflows
• Review budgets schedules quality deliverables
• Coordinate clients disciplines contractors drafting
• Support bids procurement construction commissioning
