Opportunity:
Lead and manage the Civil/Structural discipline within the East Coast business. Drive technical excellence, mentor engineers and designers, and partner closely with clients and multi-disciplinary stakeholders to deliver mining and resources projects across studies and detailed design phases.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead civil and structural design delivery.
• Deliver engineering solutions for bulk materials handling facilities projects.
• Construction interface with mining, port and industrial infrastructure projects.
• Act as civil/structural technical authority.
• Manage multidisciplinary design interfaces.
• Review designs for constructability and risk.
• Mentor engineers and develop technical capability.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
• Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
• Extensive mining and heavy industrial experience.
• Knowledge of Materials Handling & Processing.
• Strong Australian Standards and codes knowledge.
• Multidisciplinary design coordination experience.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring capability.
