Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring successful project execution.
- Independently generate and review engineering deliverables to meet project timelines.
- Offer technical expertise and guidance to the project and control systems team during all project phases
- Generate new lead and work opportunities through industry networks
Key Criteria
- 10 + Years Experience within Control Systems at a Lead or Senior level
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical, Process, Computer Science or Mechatronics engineering
- Strong development and commissioning background
- Active approach to training and mentoring
