You'll manage multiple projects in the resources sector, ensuring high-quality, safe, and sustainable engineering solutions. The role covers all phases of project delivery, from concept to execution, ensuring designs meet industry regulations and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver electrical engineering services that comply with industry standards, client requirements, and regulations.
- Manage engineering calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits and lead Safety in Design assessments to ensure safety standards are met.
- Coordinate internal and external teams for successful project delivery.
- Prepare engineering estimates, scope requirements, and manage project sequences to meet deadlines.
- Serve as the primary technical interface for discipline-specific issues.
- Ensure the technical integrity of deliverables through rigorous design reviews.
- Oversee resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in brownfield interfaces, HV/LV systems, and power distribution.
- Experience in power system studies, including load flow and fault level analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering (Australian recognised).
- Extensive experience in Australian resource projects.
