About the Role
• Opportunity to join a local EPC client based in Perth CBD.
• Strong pipeline of process from Front-End Engineering through to full EPC project execution.
• Reporting directly to department Engineering manager.
• Prepares or oversees the preparation of discipline estimates and work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget, and manages implementation and performance accordingly.
• Reviews and approves key engineering drawings and calculations, including field and design documents relating to the discipline.
• Supervises the day-to-day technical work of assigned reports including electrical engineers, and electrical designers.
• Perth CBD location
Key Criteria
• Australian Permanent residency or Australian citizenship.
• Recognised degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• A minimum of 7 years in a consulting role in mining/materials handling.
• Client focused with the ability to identify opportunities, propose and win project work and to oversee the execution and delivery of these project works.
• Lead the detailed engineering design of project including the supervision and direction of more junior engineering staff.
• System analysis and modelling, design calculations, computer simulations.
