About the role
ยทWorking within a multi-disciplined engineering team to deliver a range of process engineering design projects, pipelines, pump stations, and process piping as well as assistance with mechanical and structural design including concrete and steel structures, bridges, and other mine infrastructure.
ยทEnsure compliance with mechanical design and layout criteria, ensuring safe design, accessibility, operability and maintainability of proposed equipment.
ยทCBD based role working Brownfield mining Projects
Requirements
ยท7 to 10 years experience in the mining sector
ยทMaterials Handling - major Brownfields projects and studies
ยทHighly proficient in MicroStation (3D as well as 2D)
ยทFamiliarisation with OBD preferred
ยทIdeally familiar with Rio Tinto systems and procedures
ยทMay be required to undertake occasional site visits
ยทAnticipated duration is 12 months +
