About the role
• Working within a multi-disciplined engineering team to deliver a range of process engineering design projects, pipelines, pump stations, and process piping as well as assistance with mechanical and structural design including concrete and steel structures, bridges, and other mine infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with mechanical design and layout criteria, ensuring safe design, accessibility, operability, and maintainability of proposed equipment.
• Working on mechanical components such as but not limited to Manual handling, Port and overland conveying components.
• Multiyear Greenfield project
Requirements
• 4 - 7 years experience within the mining industry.
• Mining/Materials handling experience crucial
• Significant experience in 3D modelling preferably in MicroStation and AutoCAD
• Experience through all phases of engineering projects from feasibility through to detailed design and execution.
