Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Tertiary qualification in OHS (or related field) with Cert IV in Training & Assessment
• Proven HSE leadership with hands-on system and process management
• Experienced in site-based and remote operations
• Skilled in safety training, investigations, and reporting
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, documentation, and MS Office skills (High Risk Work Licence desirable)
Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead HSE compliance across multiple sites and operations
• Ensure WHS, OHS, and mining legislation adherence
• Guide and support HSE teams and contractors
• Drive contractor safety performance and accountability
• Manage audits, inspections, investigations, and reporting
• Foster a strong safety-first culture and continuous improvement
