About the Role

To support the client's project during construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases, by ensuring safe systems of work are in place prior to activities being carried out. As the focal point for administration and co-ordination of all permits and isolation's, ensure best practice application at all times to reflect safety as the first priority for the business.

The role is based in Darwin and you will be expected to reside locally for the duration of the contract. All flights and accommodation will be provided by the client. You may relocate as single or accompanied.

The work hours are 58 per week Monday through Saturday, with Sunday being a rest day. Day and night-shift roles available.


Key Criteria

3+ years Permit to Work Officer and Isolation experience, preferably within a hydrocarbon processing/commissioning environment or similar

Broad technical and HSE skills with a solid working knowledge of construction and commissioning operations

Desired qualifications - Issue Work Permits; Conduct Local Risk Assessment; Gas Test Atmospheres; Confined Space Entry; Working Safely at Heights; White Card
