About the Role
Looking to join a leader in the infrastructure space? If you can demonstrate your experience delivering bridge and civil infrastructure projects and can perform at a Principal level, this role will give you the opportunity to lead and deliver a variety of interesting projects.
Key Criteria
As the successful candidate for the role of Principal Structural Engineer (Bridge) you will meet the following criteria;
• Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue new opportunities for client engagement and project acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and CPEng accreditation essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve collective goals.
• 15+ years' structural engineering design experience working on bridge and infrastructure projects - essential.
• Experience working for an engineering design consultancy.
• Design experience is essential, asset management experience is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated understanding of West Australian Transport and Main Roads design processes, procedures, and requirements.
