Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Tertiary Degree in Environmental or a related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in contaminated land investigation and remediation.
• Soil, groundwater & gas investigation expertise.
• Proven experience mentoring and leading junior staff on complex projects.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and client engagement experience.
• Project delivery and technical writing skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Drive contaminated land projects from investigation through to validation.
• Build and manage client relationships while supporting practice growth.
• Prepare and review technical reports including site investigations and remediation plans.
• Oversee project delivery, budgets, tenders, teams, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal contaminated land regulations.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting technical excellence.
