Role Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join the project delivery team on a major Rare Earth's Project. The role will predominantly focus on post-award activities, supporting the successful administration and management of procurement deliverables.

• $70 per hour including super
• Exposure to a high-value, complex project

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Strong understanding of procurement and contracting processes within major projects
• Prior experience in EPCM or client/owner teams
• Familiarity with contract variations, progress claims, and invoicing
• Ability to raise purchase requests and track deliverables
• Experience liaising with EPCM providers
• Exposure to expediting and logistics activities will be highly regarded

Duties & Responsibilities

• Administer post-award procurement packages and contracts
• Process progress claims, invoices, and contract variations
• Raise purchase requests and maintain procurement records
• Monitor EPCM deliverables and ensure contractual compliance
• Provide procurement support to the project team, including logistics and expediting where required
