Our client an expanding civils contractor is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to project delivery teams.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and financial functions of civil construction projects. This role requires strong organisational capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and track project expenses
• Maintain project registers, databases, and records
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and project-related events
• Provide general administrative support to the project team as required
• Perform document control duties and manage project records in line with company procedures

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
• Proven experience in a similar Project Administrator or administration role
(experience within civil construction or an engineering/project delivery environment is highly regarded)
• Sound understanding of business operations and administrative best practices
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organisational, logical, and practical approach to work
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to liaise effectively with clients, office and site-based teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
