You'll be responsible for managing project controls functions, ensuring effective cost, schedule, and risk management, while providing leadership and support to a small, focused team delivering multiple concurrent brownfield projects.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years' experience in project controls with proven leadership capability
- Strong understanding of budget allocation, WBS, SOW, and cost management principles
- Demonstrated experience within sustaining capital or brownfield environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability to changing project demands
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate project cost, schedule, and risk controls across multiple projects
- Oversee budget allocation, forecasting, and financial performance reporting
- Support the Manager of Project Controls with portfolio reporting and governance
- Lead and mentor a small team to ensure consistency and quality in project controls practices
- Interface with project managers, corporate finance, and senior stakeholders
