Project Engineer Brownfield Smelter Upgrades
• LocationPortland, VIC Alcoa Smelter
• RosterMonday to Friday, site-based
• Key BenefitUp to $70 inclusive of super (contract)
• Key Essential QualificationEngineering degree (relevant discipline)
Role Opportunity
Join a multi-discipline project team delivering sustaining capital and brownfield upgrade works within a major smelter environment. Support project planning, coordinate engineering inputs, assist with contractor interfaces and contribute to safe, on-time delivery across design, construction and commissioning phases.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferrable Mechanical or Electrical.
• Brownfield or heavy industrial project experience
• Strong schedule, cost and risk awareness
• Stakeholder and contractor coordination skills
• Understanding of Australian Standards
Duties & Responsibilities
• Support brownfield engineering project delivery
• Assist with planning, execution and reporting
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost and risks
• Contribute to safety-in-design and compliance
