We are seeking a dynamic and tenacious Recruitment Coordinator/ Administrator to join our team in Perth. Our success within the Engineering and Technology sectors lies with our philosophy and values that have been the foundation of our business for over 18 years.

About the Role
A front of house role, you will provide support to the recruitment team, ensuring that all administration relating to candidate attraction/ sourcing, job and client management, and subsequently candidate/ contractor onboarding is completed in an accurate and timely manner.

The remit will be on supporting the consultants to facilitate the recruitment process from start to finish, assisting with process and administrative element to ensure consultants can focus on servicing the client and sourcing the best talent immediately available.

Key Criteria
It is essential that you are reliable, driven, task oriented and take pride in your work. You will be used to working in a busy team environment, supporting a team of demanding employees working with short turnaround timescales.

There is a delicate balance in the role, whilst it is essential you have excellent communication and people skills, you will also have a no nonsense approach and the strength of character to manage a variety of stakeholders.

You will have at least 3 years experience, ideally having worked within a similar fast-paced, process oriented environment for either a contracting or recruitment business, but not essential. Any exposure to process and continuous improvement is a bonus as we always look to fine tune service delivery.
