This role is an exciting blend of strategic leadership and hands on delivery, working together with our existing Recruitment Manager to drive growth.
As a key member of our Brisbane management team, you will work closely with all facets of the business, implementing best-practice recruitment methodologies, mentoring consultants and driving operational processes to meet business targets and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of 360 recruiters to achieve consistent performance Maintain your own billing desk while mentoring team delivery across key accounts
- Collaborate with the National Operations Manager on team strategy and operations
- Drive team engagement, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure excellence in candidate sourcing, job delivery and CRM best practice
- Champion Titan's culture of quality, pace, and people-first delivery
- Participate in networking events, client meetings and business development activities
Key Criteria
- Proven leadership experience in agency recruitment delivery
- Expertise in 360 recruitment, business development and client relationship management
- Hands-on values led leadership style, with energy, resilience and accountability
- Commercial acumen, with an understanding of risk, quality and operational management
- Ability to balance autonomy, competition and collaboration to achieve business goals
- Tech-savvy with a passion for data accuracy and process efficiency
