About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment/Office Administrator to join our team, based in the Perth CBD office on a full-time basis. This role is an integral part of the Recruitment Support Team, where the core function of this role is a mix of both Office and Recruitment Administration. You will be responsible for supporting the effective daily running of the office and administering candidate and contractor needs as part of the Recruitment Administration team to support the wider Titan operations. We're looking for someone bubbly, energised and a team player to support the team and bring the team to new heights!
Daily Responsibilities
Recruitment Administration
Support the Recruitment Consultants daily in administering candidate and contractor needs
Conducting reference checks and qualification verification
Formatting CV's and submitting CV's through client portals
Mobilising contractors to site
Processing placements and contracts through Database
Data integrity, due diligence and database administration
Office Administration
Greeting and welcoming visitors to the office, answering the reception phone, and directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate personnel
Maintaining the general office area and ensuring it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
Frequent ordering of catering and other office requirements including stationary and grocery orders
Assist with any general administrative tasks that arise as required by Titan Operations team
Support the Marketing department with generalist tasks when required
Key Criteria
As the successful candidate, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in Administration roles (Recruitment or Human Resource industry preferable)
A high level of interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proven IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience working in a fast-paced environment to meet strict timelines
Attention to detail with a high level of time management and organisational skills
Able to work both independently and in a team environment
Proactive and positive mindset
Demonstrated experience in providing high quality compliance and due diligence in the Recruitment industry (preferable)
