Senior 12d Road Designer - Major Roads & Highways
• Location: Brisbane, Queensland
• Roster: Monday to Friday (hybrid office/site flexibility)

• Key Essential Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Design
Role Opportunity
Join a forward-thinking consultancy delivering Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects throughout Queensland. As a Senior 12d Road Designer, you will produce and coordinate high-quality road and highway design models, working alongside engineers and project managers on large-scale infrastructure programs. This is an opportunity to contribute technical design expertise to landmark transport projects within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Design
• Proven 12d modelling experience for road and highway projects
• Sound understanding of TMR standards
• Proficient with CAD platforms and digital design workflows
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment
Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop 12d design models for major road projects
• Prepare civil documentation and design deliverables
• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and TMR clients
• Ensure design accuracy, compliance, and quality standards
• Support junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
