Essential Qualifications & Skills
Tertiary Degree in Environmental Science, Management or equivalent
Proven experience with environmental approvals under WA State and Commonwealth regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist operational teams with environmental approvals and requirements
Deliver and write proposals, approvals, closure, and planning support
Identify approval needs and collaborate with Environment Manager
Ensure timely submission and compliance with approvals
Develop and coordinate baseline data for applications
Assist in managing external consultants for approvals
Support negotiations and communication with regulatory bodies
Ensure Mine Closure Plans are updated and accurate
Help manage the Environmental Risk Register and closure plans
