Senior Civil Engineer - Urban Development
• Location: Brisbane CBD, Queensland
• Roster: Monday to Friday, Flexible
• Key Benefit: Unlimited LWOP + Bonus Scheme
• Key Essential Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering, RPEQ preferred
Role Opportunity:
Lead and deliver end-to-end civil design and development projects across residential, industrial, renewables and urban infrastructure sectors. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients and council authorities, overseeing design through to construction. Provide leadership across projects, mentor junior engineers, and play a pivotal role in growing our clients Brisbane team.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• RPEQ or working towards RPEQ
• 7+ years in Civil Local Authority and Land Development projects
• Understanding of SEQ standards & approvals
• Proficiency in 12D, AutoCAD, DRAINS, MUSIC
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage civil projects from concept to delivery
• Lead design of earthworks, stormwater, roads
• Oversee design reviews and documentation
• Coordinate with councils, clients, consultants
• Mentor junior engineers and build client trust
