Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in environmental engineering or science disciplines.
- Relevant experience in undertaking contaminated land and/or groundwater investigations.
- A strong professional work ethic and commitment to health and safety for yourself, your team, subcontractors, and clients.
- Sound knowledge of contaminated land legislation, including the Contaminated Sites Act 2003 and NEPM.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan sampling design and coordinate field programs.
- Lead field programs implementing soil, groundwater, and surface water sampling, including drilling supervision, test pitting and groundwater monitoring well installation.
- Provide high quality data gap assessments, and contaminated land investigations, in accordance with ASC NEPM requirements.
- Develop reports to exceptional technical and editorial standard and the work collaboratively with the team to meet client expectations.
- Provide proposal and project management support to the contaminated land team.
