About the Role
Join a leading EPCM client working on a major mining project currently in detailed design, heading into execution. In the role of Senior Contracts Advisor you will join a team of 6 contracts and procurement professionals and will be responsible for a variety of project construction packages.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of tender documentation
• Tendering/evaluation/award and administering of contracts
• Negotiation and resolution of contractor claims
• Preparation of contract variations
• Complex payment claims management

Key Criteria:

• Experience in a EPCM environment
• Major Project experience
• Experience with complex and high value fabrication or site construction contracts (all disciplines)
• 7 + years of experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good team player
• Pre and Post Award contract experience
