You will be responsible for preparing tender packs, managing the tender process, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful contract execution.

As a Senior Contracts Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and management of contracts related to the construction and operation of power plant facilities, as well as power purchase agreements (PPAs). You will be responsible for preparing tender packs, managing the tender process, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful contract execution.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on tendering and contracting for power supply agreements and power plant construction.
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing complex contracts within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements related to power plant development and operation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
