New opportunity available for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join this specialist automation and safety system solutions provider.
As an Electrical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work across various industries, including mining, industrial and oil & gas.
Responsibilities
- Development of electrical and instrumentation designs, adhering to both client specifications and Australian Standards
- Responsible for LV and MV designs, MCCs, switchboards and control panels
- Configuration, testing and commissioning of Electrical and Control Systems
- Power system analysis and arc flash studies
- Hazardous Area Classification and Design
- Functional Safety
- Preparation of technical documents, specifications, and engineering materials
- If required, be willing to travel to sites as needed on an ad-hoc basis.
More about you
- Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent
- RPEQ (or eligible to apply)
- Experience with electrical software, such as PTW, ETAP or PowerCAD
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
