About the Role
As the Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for driving and delivering safe and sustainable electrical engineering for multiple O&G brownfield projects. The role requires experience in delivering engineering scope through the lifecycle of phases from order of magnitude, preliminary engineering, definitive engineering, detailed design through to execution including procurement, installation, commissioning, and site support.

Preparing and overseeing the production of detailed design including deliverables such as: drawings, specifications, scopes of work, calculations, technical reports, datasheets, tender documentation, requisitions, estimates, budgets and schedules for scope variation and technical queries;
Conduct appropriate studies/optioneering of solutions, analyses and recommendation of suitable actions:
Undertake and/or review system studies, protection coordination, arc flash hazard assessments and defining mitigating solutions.
Undertake tender bid evaluations.
Provide input and advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.

Key Criteria
Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
Experience across all phases of engineering projects from feasibility/conceptual studies through to detailed design and execution (essential).
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status (beneficial).
Hazardous Area Accreditation (highly preferable).
Functional Safety Accreditation (preferable).
Good understanding and proven experience in: Brownfield interfacing; Multiple package interfacing; HV and LV systems; Arc flash hazard analysis and design of mitigation methods; System studies, protection coordination and design of protection systems; Switchgear, protection, generation and power reticulation; Control system interfacing and instrumentation.
Site experience in construction and commissioning.
Equipment inspections, FATs, SATs.
Preparing ITPs, specifications, construction methodologies, philosophy documents, procurement, tender documentation and scope
