Senior Electrical Engineer
Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Subiaco, WA (Office Based)
Start Date: Flexible
Role Opportunity
An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join a well established building services consultancy in Subiaco. This full-time, office based position offers strong career growth, including a clear pathway to Associate within 2 to 3 years.
You will lead the delivery of building and infrastructure projects (up to $40M in construction value), working across education, institutional, and commercial sectors. The role involves technical design leadership, project ownership, and client relationship management.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 5 to 7 years' experience in building services consulting
• Strong knowledge of Australian codes and design standards
• Proficient in PowerCad5, Dialux EVO, AGI32, and MS Office
• Professional registration or working toward CPEng/NER status
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage resourcing, and oversee full project lifecycle
Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead the electrical design and documentation of assigned projects
• Own programming, QA, and overall project delivery
• Manage budgets, schedules, and internal resourcing (e.g. via Total Synergy)
• Coordinate and communicate directly with clients and stakeholders
• Contribute to business development, including meetings and networking
• Mentor junior engineers and drafters
• Participate in internal systems development and CPD initiatives
