Play a pivotal role in the planning, assessment, and approvals phases, supporting environmental impact assessments, management plans, and compliance reporting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical project work while mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in environmental impact assessment, management plans, and approvals processes
• In-depth understanding of WA and Commonwealth environmental legislation (EP Act 1986, EPBC Act 1999)
• Demonstrated capability in liaising with regulators, stakeholders, and clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing high-quality reports and documentation
• Experience mentoring or leading small project teams will be highly regarded
Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead the preparation of environmental impact assessments, approvals documentation, and management plans
• Provide technical input across multidisciplinary project teams
• Manage environmental compliance and monitoring programs
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through quality project delivery
• Support business development initiatives, including proposals and bids
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to capability growth within the team
