As a Senior Estimator in our EPCM team, you will be at the heart of our major mining portfolio, responsible for estimating and costing across a range of Client Mining projects. These projects are both challenging and rewarding, offering an opportunity to showcase your expertise in estimating and project controls.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee estimating activities for a portfolio of 3-6 major projects.
- Report directly to the Project Controls Manager, providing valuable insights and support.
- Utilize your extensive experience in top-down and bottom-up estimating methodologies.
- Develop estimate bases, labor cost analysis, and maintain a strong grasp on cost developments.
- Leverage your established network of subcontractors and suppliers in Western Australia and the Pilbara region.
Key Criteria
- Senior-level Estimator with a deep understanding of mining projects or a Lead Estimator willing to take on a hands-on role.
- Prior experience within an EPCM/ESP environment, particularly on large-scale mining projects.
- A solid understanding of the mining industry's subcontractors and suppliers in Western Australia and the Pilbara region.
- Proven expertise in top-down and bottom-up estimating techniques.
- Ability to develop and refine estimate bases and labor cost analyses.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit.
