Senior Mechanical Designer (Perth, CBD)
·$ 95 - $ 105 p/hr incl super
·Brownfields / Mining role
·12 - Month contract assignment
About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Senior or Lead mechanical designer with a strong background in mining. Seeking candidates with Experience in both wet and dry plants.
Duties:
·Participate in design reviews as required
·Manage your own time to ensure project deliverable are met.
·Provide guidance and recommendations to ensure successful project deliverables.
·Communicate with Project stakeholders and clients to ensure project objectives are met
·Provide mentoring to junior staff as needed
Key Criteria:
·Extensive experience in various material handlings equipment ie Conveyors, platework, chutes etc.
·Must be proficient in MicroStation 2D and 3D
·Must have Extensive experience in both Wet and Dry plants.
·Strong leadership ability as well as being able to mentor and train junior staff.
·Strong Written and Verbal communications skills
