Role Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Mine Surveyor to join a long-term, stable operation with a projected 10+ year mine life, leading the day-to-day survey function and providing key support to the technical services team.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Surveying (or related field) with WA Authorised Mine Surveyor Grade #1 & CASA UAV accreditation.
• 8+ years' experience in mechanised hard-rock underground mining, including working with contractors.
• Current WA C Class driver's license.
• Strong communicator, able to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Skilled at collecting, analysing, and presenting both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Safety-focused professional with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and written/oral communication skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the day-to-day survey function, supporting the technical services team.
• Promote a positive, safety-focused culture and develop high-performing teams.
• Ensure survey data integrity, compliance with mine design, and statutory reporting under WA Mines Act.
• Supervise underground and surface survey activities, including development pickups, stope voids, stockpiles, and drone surveys.
• Maintain and calibrate survey equipment, and prepare/maintain emergency plans.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and process efficiency across the Survey team.
