Role Opportunity

Working on a FIFO 2:1 roster, you'll be responsible for managing a range of construction and services contracts on-site, supporting successful delivery across all stages of the contract lifecycle.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Law, Construction Management, or related field (MCIPS/RIQS preferred)
- Significant experience in contracts administration within EPCM/EPC project environments, ideally in the resources sector
- Strong working knowledge of contract terms, negotiation strategies, and claims management
- Proficient in procurement and project systems (e.g., Unifier, Aconex)
- High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a strong HSE focus
Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer construction and services contracts on-site in line with project and company procedures
- Support the Contracts & Procurement Manager in contractor performance, claims handling, and risk management
- Liaise with site teams (engineering, planning, HSE, and quality) to ensure contract deliverables are achieved
- Manage contract documentation, including variations, site instructions, EOTs, and claims
- Participate in contractor meetings, provide commercial input, and ensure timely closeout of contract
