About the Role

As the Senior Site Inspector, you will be based in the Brisbane office you will be an integral part of the Site Services Team reporting directly to the Site Services Manager.

You will be responsible for undertaking a variety of site inspections within residential construction across multiple building sites in SE QLD.

Key Criteria

To be considered for this position you will need to have prior experience conducting compliance inspections on items such as footings, slabs, frames and retaining walls.

Write technical reports, interpret architectural drawings and build strong customer relations.

You will also need to demonstrate the following experience and skills:

• Prior experience in similar role with intimate knowledge of the residential construction industry
• Proven knowledge of the BCA, QBCC and Australian Standards
• Strong OH&S aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work well in a team environment and be autonomous
• Strong knowledge of relevant standards and codes
