About the role

Based in in their Brisbane office you will be an integral part of the senior management team, reporting directly to the Structural Manager. You will be responsible for assisting in leading a dedicated team of engineers and designers involved in land development and subdivision work. Your role will encompass the full cycle of engineering from the initial BD stage through to design delivery and ensuring the divisions continuing profitability.

Key Criteria

Ideally you will possess a minimum of 8 years experience ideally gained in Brisbane or SE QLD. The role ideally requires an RPEQ registered Engineer. As well as your strong design skills within commercial developments, you will also be a naturally client facing individual and able to offer clients innovative solutions. You will also have experience of leading and mentoring a team. This role will also require working closely with the Structural Manager in formulating strategies and pricing structures to grow and develop the division further.

• Bachelor of civil engineering or similar
• RPEQ registered
• Extensive in Structural Steel and Concrete
• Experience with software such as RAM, RAPT and Etabs
• Collaborative approach and proven relationship builder
